Through several download forms on our website, or by registering to our workshops, either by phone, email, or online form. We also gather information about your online behavior through cookies, installed in your browser with your consent.

Personal  information  we collect

We collect the following information: name, country, address, phone, company, position, title, IP address, and info about your browsing activity on our website.

Information will be collected either through our email tool Hubspot, and Google Analytics (for browsing analytics purposes).

Use  of your  personal information

We use your personal information for administrative and business purposes particularly to contact you, and process orders you place on our website, to improve our business and website, for advertising and for analytical purposes, in connection with our legal rights and obligations, and for certain additional purposes only with your explicit consent.

Disclosure of your personal information to third parties

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, but where required by law or to enforce our legal rights. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

How long we retain your personal information

We will retain your personal information for no longer than necessary, taking into account any legal obligations we have (to maintain records for tax purposes) and  any other legal basis we have for using your personal information:

  2. Performance of a contract with you.

  3. Our legitimate interests as a business (including sending to you information about innovation tools, workshops, and blog posts).

Browsing activity Information collected through Google Analytics will be erased after 50 months.

The information collected through Hubspot will be erased when it is no longer needed, or by request of the user.

How we secure your personal information

We secure your personal information by using  appropriate technical and organizational measures  such as:

  1. Store your personal information in secure servers, owned by our data processors, Hubspot. We also store your information in our own servers, hosted both in Google Drive and Dropbox.

  2. We only grant access to your personal information to our staff, and only when it is necessary to accomplish their functions. We remove that access when it is no longer needed.

  3. We run data management audits periodically, erasing all the outdated or not longer needed personal data.

  4. We use cookies in our website, including analytical and targeting cookies. We always ask for your permission to install the cookies in your browser, and only when the cookie allows to track and store personal data. For more info check our Cookie Policy page.

  5. We won’t transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area.
